CANADA
MudLee offers shipping in Canada via Canada Post prepaid, weighed and insured boxes. The current Canada-wide shipping fee is a flat fee of C$28.00. These boxes accommodate packages weighing ten pounds or less. Should your package weigh more, alternate shipping will be coordinated via UPS.
INTERNATIONAL
MudLee is not set up for international shipping online. However, if you would like to make a purchase and live outside Canada, please email mudleewater@gmail.com with your request. A shipping solution will be offered and a quote will be sent prior to purchase payment. MudLee is not responsible for extra fees, taxes, tarrifs, duties or other hidden costs imposed as a result of international shipping.
DELAYS
While every effort will be made to process orders in a timely and efficient manner, unforseeable obstacles may get in the way. All issues will be resolved as soon as possible and to the satisfaction of both parties. Please email mudleewater@gmail.com with your concerns.
DAMAGES
While every effort is made to ensure secure packaging for your purchase, unexpected incidents may occur during the shipping process. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery sending photographs of the damage. Each item is one-of-a-kind and if unable to provide a suitable replacement, a refund, minus shipping fees may be offered. However, please note that after the 7-day period, refunds or replacements will not be provided.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
MudLee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking information is available once the package is with the carrier. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery space for their packages. If you have any concerns about the safety of your delivery space, please consider using an alternative address or arranging for someone to be present to receive the package. In the unfortunate event that a package is lost or stolen, MudLee is not liable for any replacement or reimbursement. In addition, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during the checkout process. Your package will ship to the address provided. Changes cannot be made once the package is in the hands of the carrier. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
